1.) I tried to be cool and separate soundcheck from actual performance, well when I turned off the video, it started to save the file and then they covered Roadrunner. I only got the last half. Boo
2.) Being the dorks that they are, neither Christian nor Justin told me that they would be making a surprise visit to the stage again to back up Mates of State on one of their songs. I didn't get my laptop booted up in time to record the collaboration (stay away, spelling jerk. I know I can't spell
) cool though it was.3.) My cd drive on my laptop is being screwy. Also, it can't access the internet except through wireless, which I don't have here. So I'll need to take it to a cafe or something tomorrow and upload it all unless the burner gets un-screwy.
4.) The file is 300mb, unsplit and it's sub-par quality. Through a great mixture of a weird sound guy (or whatever caused all those mess ups) and my terrible equipment, it's not exactly a joy to listen to.
Things you might get excited about:
1.) They cover Roadrunner. Yeah, I only got half and my friend and I thought it was Velvet Underground at first, but it's still sweet
2.) They cover Psycho Killer. Mmmm... Once we caught on, the crowd started to sing along on the chorus. Caught me off guard, I'll admit
3.) It's Bishop Allen. C'mon...
