I, too, quoted BA's "Things Are What You Make Of Them". During my graduation speech I said something along the lines of; "and in the eternal words of the band Bishop Allen: 'things are what you make of them, things are what you make of them, baby. and you know what i mean, yeah you know what i mean.'" It was great but only a couple of people got it I fear.
