I lack a car and there is no public transportation system between here and Denver. Plus, I don't really feel like I should be wandering Denver by myself. If I was living in California, 60 miles would not be a problem ... even a two hour drive would not bother me, because I know that I would be able to find someone who would want to go.

The people that I have met here are not exactly music fanatics ... I am having trouble convincing them to go to a show that is only two miles from where I live ...
