Elbo's is 18 and up, and usually the charge is never over $10. It probably won't be that much seeing as how it's on a Tuesday. And I'm guessing it won't start until 10 or so, it all depends on what the bands and the bar want to do. Wish the show was on a Saturday or Friday. What we can do is email phone numbers when it's close to show like on Sunday or something and figure out what's going on, then go from there.
