Indeed, Last Chance America would make a cool title, but, personal opinion here, I prefer an album to not be named after a song. If I were a musical artist, I'd have fun with my album titles, as it is a chance to make up a witty name of sorts without having to flesh it out in music... but if the BA wants to title it after the song, I'm 100% cool with that. It's up to them.
