Historically, I've sent BA like 5-6 emails, with no replies.
Emily, want to give them a heads up that I may need help getting into the show with a bag and mic-stand...?
I'll email Christian about it. I know they won't mind if you record, but I get that the venue might have issues. I'll let you know what I hear back.
[edit: scratch that, I just left him a voicemail on his cell phone. Hopefully you'll get an answer before Friday. He's usually pretty good about replying to phone calls]
