Thank you for the gig at Karlstad University today! (I was the guy in black who came a bit late and shook hands with Jack). What a surprise to see the poster last night after my Spanish class! Bishop Allen in MY university in a small town in Sweden???? Playing tomorrow????!!
It must have been strange to have played in a hallway with people passing by only about 30 cm from the "stage"(?), but also pretty exciting to play in the middle of the crowd....
I found it hard to relax - I almost felt as if I was on stage!
I seemed to be one of few that was there for the sole reason to see the band!
Jack - I admit to having seen you (Bishop Allen, that is) twice in Sweden last summer and I should have given you guys some more compliments for those shows (Arvika and Kaktus festivals)! Also wish I could have talked to you some more, you seemed like a nice guy!
Hope that you enjoyed the gig - looking forward to your next album!
