Well, emily has that site that has a lot of stuff on it ... I am assuming that it is still up, but someone else will have to tell you how to get to it.

As for songs being not traded, the only ones that I think the band does not want traded are certain tracks that people "found" on the website. I think the band had uploaded these tracks for sharing with only certain people, but others stumbled upon them and downloaded them.
